65mm x 42mm dia Fat cylinder on cast iron bedplate playing on a 59 tooth single comb (two treble teeth missing so only 57) Has obviously had several repairs to the comb. Note the blobs of solder on the top of five teeth. Presumably a crude method of tuning. Superb burr yew figuring to the lid. Not the original box. S shaped crank with brass handle. Tunes include 'Coming Through The Rye' |
