Thorens 3/36 Tabatiére in Birds Eye Walnut box
Box as received with large unsightly mark on the top that has eaten right through the finish, believed to be varnish.
Rare to have the original tune sheet, though it's not in the right order!

After restoration
Box
All varnish removed (nasty ring almost invisible), interior cleaned and damage filled.

Movement
Stripped and cleaned using ultrasonic bath and Horolene. Base plate painted gold. Cylinder pins straightened where necessary then reassembled and tested.
