The case has some interesting markings and some minor issues.
It's missing all four feet so it rests on the winder,

Replacing the feet involved making three triangular corner wedges, glued in place then drilled to allow a push fit button foot without splitting the wood.
Reassembled ready to go to have the click spring fixed
