2/58 Paillard Tabatière
Gifted to me by Harvey Webber as he found the click spring to have been replaced extremely badly using brass instead of tempered spring steel, and the ratchet teeth were badly worn and uneven. I also found that the spring had been replaced and was too wide.
One of the tapered screws either side of the tune change lever was missing. It had been used to hold the worm drive gear bearing in place. The female Geneva Stop was missing.
The case was damaged too, so plenty to do to bring this back to life.
