The Chalet was bought in Switzerland in 1955, a gift from a daughter to her father.
Only a small amount of damage to the roof and supports.

General clean with a soft brush.
Joints cleaned and re-glued.
Third roof support made and glued in place - left to dry

Winder goes round but spring not tightening.
Issue identified - arbor hook worn or broken - replacement sourced from identical donor movement.
Components cleaned ready for reassembly.
Governor immersed in clock cleaner overnight.
